Hamon Francis Fytton – President

In 1997 Francis Fytton and two partners started Internet Advisory Corporation with only $20,000 and created a $100 million business in only four years. He did this by raising over $4 million dollars from investors and successfully taking his company public. Starting with only $20,000 he and his partners created a profitable Internet company building several thousand websites for companies throughout the US. After only eight months they successfully took the company public and received an initial $1.2 million in financing upon closing. Within three years the stock price had soared to over $8 and the company had a market capitalization or value of $100 million [market capitalization = the price you would pay to purchase 100% of the stock].

Since then he has started three other  public companies and consulted on many more. Mr. Fytton is a Director of Gold Coast Venture Corporation for the past three years, a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1984 to assist the entrepreneurial and business communities of South Florida.

More recently he has been invited to join the Executive Leadership Program at Florida Atlantic University’s Adams Center for Entrepreneurship.
