Continental Rail Corp has announced the acquisition of Delta Southern Railroad in Louisiana together funding through an investment bank allowing Continental to increase profitability and update Delta’s equipment and track.

IGSM GROUP INC – Publicly Traded Holding Company

IGSM is a publicly traded company owned by capital advisory. IGSM is operated as a holding company that intends or has acquired several small operating companies. IGSM. intends to raise $2 million capital immediately after becoming a full reporting public company. At present IGSM has developed its own video streaming platform which feeds content to both desktops, IPTV, and mobile devices from different manufacturers. The mobile video market alone is responsible for 70% off all cellular mobile bandwidth according to a recent study. Our platform also offers prepackaged video applications such as conferencing, streaming, webinar and other services all in a simple interface. This platform is called EarthStream.TV and was developed after consulting with potential uses who overwhelmingly asked for a single easy to use combined product that integrates with existing products such as WordPress and Constant Contact.

IGSM will extend its management and marketing services to several other small operating companies whose simple goal is to expand their existing operations. To accomplish that they need both capital and expertise. IGSM. will provide both of these.

Bulldog Developers, Inc. – Rehabbing single family homes in the Houston Market

Bulldog Developers, Inc. (Bulldog) acquires affordable housing units in the present market, concentrating primarily on single-family houses which are distressed or foreclosed properties in the Houston area. These homes are purchased by Bulldog, refurbished/ remodeled, and then placed on the market for sale or lease. Bulldog will arrange for financing on a sale house with seller financing, or will assist the buyer in obtaining third-party financing. In the lease market, Bulldog will carry the homes in inventory, or move them to another ownership or to an investor.

At present the Bulldog team has acquired and either completed or sold several homes.
